INTRODUCTION:

We are pleased to offer the Nelvik inspection class ROV that is ideal for underwater inspections and inshore security operations. The SeaSpiriteTM is a compact, powerful, robust and cost effective inspection and observation class ROV with an operating depth of 300m. The SeaSpirite design is ideal for inspection in hazardous and confined areas. The system is designed to be transportable in hand carry transport cases. Conceivably as check-in luggage on an airline, also small and light enough for one operator to launch and recover from the water.

Operating Notes.

  1. Flight assist controls include; Control box enable/disable; Lights enable/disable; thrusters enable/disable; lights +/- dim controls, 1 per light; vertical thrust +/- trim controls; 3 stage Power Increment. All these functions are programmed on the hand controller. Light dimmers are incorporated on the control box.

 

  1. The tether cable and connectors are field serviceable, given that the operator has basic electrician skills. Any damaged cable can be cut out and any remaining serviceable cable re-terminated and used again without the need for specialist cable moulding services.
  1. Connect a PC or Laptop computer with video grabber, or a video recorder for video recording and data logging. A computer is not required for normal operation nor included in the supply.
